Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship our orders through Correos (Spain’s national postal service) in Spain and DHL for international orders.
Buyer will be sent a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Nael Swimwear is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays or any items lost during shipping. Delivery dates are estimated.
For domestic orders (in Spain, not included Ceuta, Melilla or Balearic and Canary Islands) normal delivery is between 3-5 days.
In international shipments, delivery time is around 10 days, depending on the final destination. Nael Swimwear is not responsible for the customs management period of each country.
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. For more information, contact your local customs office.
For domestic orders: 3,50 € and you will receive your purchases in 3 – 5 days after (Canary and Balearic Island, Ceuta and Melilla not included).
For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 6,50€.
For Europe orders: 10€ and you will receive it in 7 days after your order has been shipped via DHL.
For Economic International orders you will receive it in 10 working days after your order has been shipped via DHL.

Returns & Changes Policy
During the sales period, returns are not allowed, only size changes. Please note that the product must be received by us clean, unworn, unwashed and must have all original tags and liners attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for the size change shipping costs out of Spain (Peninsula). Shipping charges are not refundable.
For size changes please contact firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name, purchase order number, and reason of the return. You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
