How long will my order take to arrive?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you have any questions related to shipping, please email us at hello@naelswimwear.com and we can provide further information or a shipping estimate. For full details on our shipping policy, please check Shipping & Returns Policy.

Please take note when you are doing an international order, you agree to pay all import duty charges, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

When will you have a sale?

We always update our social media and newsletter with current happenings at Nael Swimwear, including sales and discount codes. Keep checking those or sign up for our newsletter.

How do I care for my swimwear?

We recommend a light hand wash for your swimwear after a day in the water to prolong its life span. If you don’t have a mild soap on hand, shampoo is great at taking out traces of salt water, chlorine and sunscreen, and freshening up your bikini for the next swim.

Can I return my order?

During the sales period, returns are not allowed, only size changes. Please note that the product must be received by us clean, unworn, unwashed and must have all original tags and liners attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for the size change shipping costs out of Spain (Peninsula). Shipping charges are not refundable.

For size changes please contact hello@naelswimwear.com indicating your name, purchase order number, and reason of the return. You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.

Am I liable for customs or duties on my order?

Yes, you are liable for any import customs duties or taxes that are applicable to your order, determined by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you  (regulations and guidelines differ by country). Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Nael Swimwear.

Can I buy different sizes?

Yes, you can buy different sizes in top and bottom. Each woman has a different body and it is a good idea to mix colors and styles!
